This was my first workshop with Vieri and it was an eye-opening experience. I clearly remember the moment I took my first 4 minute long exposure under a capricious weather on the shores of Elgol and that feeling of accomplishment which came together with the result. I’ve applied the techniques learned from him many times since and they remain essential to the way I approach photography in the field. I wholeheartedly recommend Vieri’s workshops to anyone looking for a fun landscape photography adventure packed with subtle but essential takeaways!

In February 2026 we returned to Scotland for our fourteenth Workshop in Glencoe & Isle of Skye, this time a 8-day Private Workshop with a returning Alumnus, joining us for the eleventh time, accompanied by his lovely wife.
As many knows, I enjoy working with returning Alumni very much; even more so when this happens on a Private Workshop. A Private Workshop allows me to perfectly tailor my tutoring according to our Alumnus needs; doing so with someone so familiar with our Workshops and with my way of teaching made it even more rewarding and enjoyable. More, when one of our Alumni reaches milestones such as being on his eleventh Workshop with us, both Zeynep and I can't help it but feel truly privileged by the trust put in us!
On Glencoe & Isle of Skye, the Scottish weather plays always a very important part; during this Workshop we enjoyed moody, cloudy weather for most of our time there, which I found extremely inspiring and well-suited to the Scottish landscapes. As always, the weather also posed some challenges; thanks to our knowledge of the locations and our ability to read the weather we still managed to keep an average of way over our aimed two locations per day.
Doing just one hotel change during the Workshop allowed us plenty of time for our trademark image review and post-processing sessions; I very much enjoyed working with our Alumnus on his photograph, and I was happy to see how we managed to work on almost all our shooting sessions.
On Glencoe & Isle of Skye we truly enjoyed the social side of the Workshop with our Alumnus and his wife; during these 8 days together we enjoyed conversations on the most varied topics, from photography to equipment, from art to economy and of course politics - such are the times! - for a truly enjoyable Workshop!
In February 2025 we returned to Glencoe & Isle of Skye for our thirteenth Workshop there, this time a 8-day Group Workshop with a returning Alumnus, joining us for the tenth time, and a newcomer we were happy to welcome onboard with us for his first trip together.
Working with returning Alumni is something I always love doing, and when an Alumnus reaches such a milestone as joining us for 10 Workshops I feel even more privileged and honoured by the trust they put in our work!
During this Workshop, the Scottish weather turned out to be an actor, and we had to arrange our schedule around its whims. Regardless, thanks to our knowledge of the locations and our ability to read the weather we were still able to keep to our aim of averaging two different shooting locations per day. As well, the weather together with the single hotel change we do during this Workshop meant that we had plenty of time for our trademark image review and post-processing sessions, which to me are a fundamental part of the learning experience.
Last but not least, we truly enjoyed the social side of the Workshop, something always fundamental for us. During these 8 days of Workshop together, we enjoyed conversations on the most varied topics, from photography to music, from art to economy and politics, for a very enjoyable Workshop!
In November 2024 we returned to Glencoe & Isle of Skye for our twelfth Workshop there, this time a 8-day Group Workshop with a full group made of all newcomers. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, however, two out of our three participants had to cancel due to personal reasons; while we were sad not to get to meet them this time over, this turned out to be extremely lucky for our third participant who enjoyed what effectively became a Private Workshop.
During this Workshop, we were lucky enough to find some extremely inspiring, moody weather that perfectly suited the Scottish landscapes. Despite the challenges the weather's capricious nature created us, and despite some location limitations due to our participants physical conditions, thanks to the number of alternate locations we have available we were able to work everyday, even doing three sessions per day on occasion.
During these 8 days in Scotland, due to the unforeseen group changes I had the opportunity to give our new Alumnus my full attention, which he greatly appreciated, and I was happy to see him getting great results from the beautiful Scottish landscapes. Last but not least, we enjoyed the social side of the Workshop, enjoying conversations on the most varied topics, from photography to economics, from the benefits of a universal health system to intense political exchanges, for a very enjoyable Workshop!
In late March 2023 we came back to Glencoe & Isle of Skye for our eleventh Workshop in these amazing destinations, the second this Spring. This time we ran a 9-day Private Workshop with a two-people group we started working with on The Faroe Islands the previous week (see THE FAROE ISLANDS WORKSHOP REPORT).
Going to Glencoe & Isle of Skye right after the Faroe Islands with the same group proved extremely interesting to me. While not dramatically so, the landscapes of Glencoe & Isle of Skye are fairly different from the Faroe Islands, and they were made even more different by working under a completely different weather, thus offering a very diverse set of challenges compared to the Faroese landscapes we had just been working on.
As a tutor, I always find working with different challenges - both artistic and technical - extremely inspiring, and I truly enjoyed working with the group in Scotland. After 9 days of intense work in Scotland together, on top of the 6 days on the Faroe Islands, I was very happy to see everyone quickly improving both as far as their confidence and workflow in the field and as far as their approach to post-processing.
Last but not least, let me mention once more the social aspect of the Workshop, something always very important for us. Although the group was made of first comers, before Scotland we already spent a week together on Faroe which helped creating camaraderie; during our Glencoe & Isle of Skye Private Workshop we truly enjoyed our conversations and chats, both in and out of the field, and we had a lot of fun too which always helps making our work more pleasant!
In February 2023 we returned to Glencoe & Isle of Skye for our tenth Workshop there and the first of two Workshops scheduled for the Spring of 2023, this time a 8-day Workshop with a full three people group.
The group was all made of returning Alumni, two gentlemen who previously took part in Workshops in Italy (Dolomites the one, Cinque Terre & Tuscany the other) and a third one who previously joined us in Iceland. I always enjoy working with returning Alumni, because that gives me the unique opportunity to keep developing the work we started during our previous Workshop. In this case, for all of them the landscapes of Glencoe & Isle of Skye offered a completely different set of challenges compared to their previous Workshops with us, which made for a very interesting trip. Most importantly, it was great to see them all again!
After 8 days of intense work together, both in the field under some classic and inspiring Scottish weather and during our post-processing sessions, I was very happy to see our Alumni's confidence in the field and their approach to post-processing rapidly improve. More, it was very rewarding for me to see them applying in the field things we talked about and worked on during their previous trips with us.
During our Glencoe & Isle of Skye Workshops we only change hotel once in 8 days, which is great since it gives us plenty of time to do image review and post-processing. In Glencoe & Isle of Skye we managed to review a lot of images, and work through my post-processing workflow in detail.
Last but not least, the social aspect of the Workshop, something always paramount for us. During our Glencoe & Isle of Skye Workshop we had a lot of fun and we truly enjoyed our conversations, both in and out of the field, regardless of which of the most varied topics our Alumni approached and of the differences between them. In eight days, besides of course talking about photography and art, we explored politics and economics, social issues, and more, for a truly enjoyable Workshop!

In February 2022, after skipping one year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we returned to Glencoe & Isle of Skye for our ninth Workshop there. This time, we did a 8-day Private Workshop with a gentleman joining us for the first time in Scotland.
Not just a first comer with us, the gentleman was on his first Workshop ever and it has been a real pleasure for us to introduce him to what I believe to be the best form of knowledge exchange, and the fastest and more focussed way to develop along the path of landscape photography.
After 8 days of intense work together, both in and out of the field, often under inclement weather, I was very happy to see how our new Alumnus' confidence in the field, his ability to find compositions even where not immediately evident and his approach to post-processing rapidly improved. Together we managed to do a lot of work and cover a lot of ground, as well as getting some very good images for him to treasure for years to come.
During our Glencoe & Isle of Skye Workshops we only change hotels once in 8 days, and that leaves us with plenty of time to do image review and post-processing. In Glencoe & Isle of Skye we explored the potential of Adobe Camera Raw, the gentleman's developer of choice, and I was happy to show him how to get to the best results in the shortest amount of time and using just a few tools.
Last but not least, the social aspect of the Workshop, something always of great importance to us, and even more crucial when doing a Private Workshop. During our Glencoe & Isle of Skye Workshop, we really enjoyed our conversations, both in and out of the field, no matter the topic: in eight days, we explored photography and art, politics and economics, social issues and more, for a truly enjoyable Workshop!

An absolutely brilliant workshop in Glencoe and the Isle of Skye!
Vieri and Zeynep are a fabulous team, and the work they have put in over years to explore and understand the locations has really paid off. They always know the safe routes to follow in the dark, always have a backup location if the weather fails, and they know the positions and angles that can dramatically change the character and meaning of the final image.
Vieri was unstinting in the time he gave to image reviews, as well as help with Camera Raw, and I learned a huge amount.
They are great company too, and every meal we ate together turned into something between a seminar and a think-tank as we put the world to rights.
Definitely not my last workshop with them!
In mid-February 2020 we returned to Glencoe & Isle of Skye for our eight Workshop there, this time an 8-day winter Workshop with a full group of three participants. Two of them were returning Alumni, one on his second trip with us, the other one on his fifth and returning to the Isle of Skye a second time with us after three years since his first tour. I was really looking forward to bringing a group to Glencoe & Isle of Skye so early in the season, and my expectations were fully met: Glencoe & Isle of Skye’s landscapes were extremely inspiring and looked ever more amazing than usual under a mantle of snow, resulting in some uniquely beautiful images!
During our Glencoe & Isle of Skye February 2020 Workshop, it was great to continue developing the work previously done with my returning Alumni, and I really enjoyed meeting our new participant and sharing my knowledge with him. As always, I have been very happy to see some of our Alumni coming back for more, and previously knowing them helped me to better tailor my tutoring on their specific level and requirements. I loved working together, and after eight intense days I found everyone’s work to be much improved, especially under the point of view of finding stronger, better compositions.
Thanks to doing just two hotel changes during the Workshop, we could dedicate a lot of our time to image review and do some post-processing work as well. This year we didn’t have time to revisit any locations either in Glencoe or on the Isle of Skye, but on our way back to Glasgow we stopped for a surprise shooting around Loch Lomond to put one last, great sunset to a good use.
Last but not least, the social aspect of the Workshop, always very important for us. In Glencoe & Isle of Skye we had a very good group, with most participants showing a great, positive and optimistic look towards photography and life. We truly enjoyed our conversations on the most varied topics, from photography to lifestyle, food and wine, from technology to politics, for a very rewarding social side of the Workshop!

This is the first visit for me to Isle of Skye and I am glad that it was with Vieri and Zeynep. I really had a great time throughout the workshop. They were on top of schedule and ensured that not only every participants have a good time but also Vieri did not save an effort to teach, advise and support every participant. I would highly recommend anyone to share an amazing experience with Vieri and Zeynep because personally I know that this is the first workshop for me for many to come!
In my Dorset Workshop in 2018 with Vieri, during England’s coldest week of many years, I really enjoyed being almost blown away. This time, in Glencoe and Skye in February 2020, there was less snow, but even more wind! Force 10 or more! Nevertheless, Vieri again managed to find wonderful places and in his incomparable way told us how to find the best exposure from the fading light at sunset or the emerging sunrises. The high mountains at Glencoe as well as the great vistas on Skye were enthralling and I was very pleased with my results. The image look-up sessions are an integral part of the Workshop and were most instructive and enjoyable. Next to the "digital" of the week, the "human" side was not forgotten: in our philosophical discussions we bettered the world and the food, whisky, and wines were superb! Thank you both and till next time!

During our Glencoe & Isle of Skye March 2019 Workshop, it was great to continue developing the work previously done with our returning Alumni, and I really enjoyed meeting our new participant and sharing my knowledge with him. As always, we have been very happy to see some of our Alumni coming back for more, and previously knowing them helped me to better tailor my tutoring on their specific level and requirements.
Thanks to doing just two hotel changes, during this Workshop we could dedicate a lot of our time to image review as well as to some post-processing work. Working together was very rewarding for us, and after seven days of intense work everyone improved their skills, creating images than were better than when we started. During this Workshop, we had the chance to revisit Elgol and on our way back to Glasgow we stopped for more photography at Eileen Donan Castle.
Last but not least, the social aspect of the Workshop, always very important for us. In Glencoe & Isle of Skye we had a very good group, friendly and like-minded on pretty much everything we talked about. We enjoyed our conversations on the most varied topics, from photography to science, from technology to politics, for a very pleasant social side of the Workshop!

The Glencoe and the Isle of Skye workshop with Vieri and Zeynep was a wonderful experience. It is a landscape photographers paradise, with locations, sunrises and sunsets that most can only dream of, and we got to spend several days photographing it all.
I came away with a better understanding of landscape photography, and the use of filters in photography even though I had been using filters for a few years. Thanks to Vieri and Zeynep for their suggestions and tips which came in very handy. As many before me have said Vieri is the consummate professional in the field and is a great teacher. I can vouch for that with a capital “V”. Don’t be afraid to ask for help concerning composition, settings or filters when in the field, you may find that Vieri is using the same camera setting and filter combination about which you are inquiring. Because of that, I came away with a better understanding of what filter(s) to use and when to use them. Vieri and Zeynep have a great knowledge of Skye, and sometimes during our travels to various locations I found myself using my phone camera to take pictures of the countryside! Skye is that beautiful!
We had typical Scottish weather for our time at Glencoe and Skye, but well worth it for getting fabulous images. On two mornings the rain stopped us from going out, so we put that time to good use with some post processing sessions. We were rewarded with a gorgeous afternoon and evening both days. There were the daily image discussion periods which I thought were very helpful and a great way to view everyone’s work and get tips on ways to improve our photos. As always, we had good accommodations and great places for meals. At the end of a long day of photography, a good meal, good companionship and lively conversation are a wonderful way to wind down. I would also like to thank Phillip and Ludwig for their companionship, knowledge and humor during our week together. It was a pleasure, gentlemen. Lastly, but not least, I must give many thanks to Vieri and Zeynep for all of their help, their understanding, and for giving another perfect in oh so many ways, workshop. I hope to be back to Skye, there is still so much to see. Now, I must consider where to go next!
Vieri’s workshop is amazing. I have learned things that will be ingrained in my flow forever! These 7 days were very educational (composition!), inspiring (locations!) and fun (in a small group!). Vieri’s workshops are very practical and perfectly organized. He knows the Island and adapts location according to the latest weather. Thank you Zeynep and Vieri! I cannot wait for the next workshop!
In late March 2018 we returned to Glencoe & Isle of Skye for our sixth Workshop there. In spring 2018, the UK have been hit by the so-called “Beast from the East”, a heavy storm that disrupted air traffic over northern Europe. Between that and medical reasons, our participants’ line-up for Glencoe & Isle of Skye saw some last-minute changes. In particular, one gentleman (an Alumnus who had been to Glencoe & Isle of Skye with us the year before) had to give up participation to our Isle of Arran Workshop due to a plane cancellation, and he decided to join us again on Skye instead, and I was very happy to see how much he enjoyed his repeated experience in Scotland with us. He replaced a gentleman who had to cancel for medical reasons. Another gentleman couldn’t make it due to the weather, so in the end we left Glasgow for this 8-day Workshop with a group of two people.
During our Glencoe & Isle of Skye March 2018 Workshop, it was very interesting for me to work with our returning Alumnus since he was with us here on Glencoe & Isle of Skye the previous year and he knew many of our locations already. More, my wife and I really enjoyed meeting our new participant and it was a pleasure for me to share my knowledge with her.
Thanks to just two hotel changes during the Workshop, we could dedicate a lot of our time to our image review and post-processing work. Working together was a rewarding and pleasant experience, and after eight days of intense Workshop, both in the field and during our computer sessions, I found that everyone benefitted from the constant exchange of ideas both with me and between themselves. Most importantly, I was very happy to see how everybody’s work improved as a result.
During this Workshop, we revisited both Elgol and Neist Point, hoping for better weather than on our first attempt, very successfully so at Elgol, slightly less successfully so at Neist Point. On our way back to Glasgow, we stopped for more photography at Buachaille Etive Mor in Glencoe, as well as for a surprise extra location around Loch Lomond.
Last but not least, the social aspect of the Workshop, always extremely important for us. In Glencoe & Isle of Skye we had a truly great group, very friendly and like-minded on pretty much all topics, from photography to art, from politics to their view of life. Most importantly, we had a lot of fun during our time together, for a truly enjoyable Workshop!

Vieri's workshops provide two key elements, excellent photography knowledge and knowledge of the location as well. While we visited iconic locations, we also went off the beaten path and Vieri had clearly taken time to learn the area and explore less crowded locations. I could see a significant improvement in the quality of my images as the trip went on and still hear Vieri's feedback and input in my head in the field back home. I will definitely attend more workshops with Vieri and Zeynep!
I was fortunate to be able to tour and shoot with Vieri on the Isle of Skye on two separate occasions. He is passionate about photography and does an outstanding job teaching all aspects of landscape photography. From in-depth knowledge of the best and unique locations, and practical field advice on how to capture more striking images in the field, Vieri will most certainly help take your photography to the next level!
In early May 2017, I returned to Glencoe & Isle of Skye for our fifth Workshop there and the third for 2017, this time a 7-day Private Workshop with two participants.
Doing a Private Workshop allowed me to fully customise the Workshop on my Alumni’s level and requirements. Our Glencoe & Isle of Skye Workshop has been a very intense, very productive experience, both in the field and during our image review and post-processing sessions. I was happy to see how both participants made great progresses both technically and on an artistic level, and how they both went home with new ideas about post-processing. Most importantly, they went back with the knowledge that it is possible to develop photos to a very high level without investing hours and hours in doing so. On our way back to Glasgow, thanks to a very inspiring cloudy day, we stopped twice, first at Eileen Donan Castle and then to have one last go at the Three Sisters of Glencoe as well, hiking up the hills to get to a good vantage point.
Last but not least, the social aspect of the Workshop, always very important for me. Both participants already knew each other, making for a very friendly atmosphere both in and out of the field. Sharing common equipment in the Leica SL, the camera I was also using at the time, made the conversation very focussed on extracting the most out of our equipment, for a fun and rewarding Workshop!

I met Vieri for the first time during our six days long one-on-one workshop in Scotland, Isle of Skye, in May 2017. Vieri is as strong as a teacher and photographer as the images on his web page are showing you - 100% pure craftsmanship! From the e-mail correspondence and follow up you get before you leave your home for the workshop, to all the on-location work Vieri has done for you before you arrive, everything is just making your valuable time as a student very efficient! This just confirms that Vieri is not one of those photographers that likes you, as a student, to pay the bills for him getting new images - he just wants his students to learn as much as possible during his workshops!
On Skye, we went to different locations for all our shoots. All areas were very beautiful and all were carefully selected based on our wishes and the weather forecast. Different locations to different weather situations - all worked out for us and carefully selected to give us the best possible captures!
Vieri will always give you good theory foundations and answer to all your questions. This includes everything on how to work a new location, set up your camera and equipment, handle the light and finally how to post process the images when you get back home. Last, but not least, Vieri is also giving you feedback on your final images finalized after you have returned home from the workshop. This is always very helpful and nice as it makes your workshop even "longer"!
This became a long testimonial - but well deserved Vieri! For all of you thinking about joining a workshop - think no longer. Let 2018 be the year when you took your photography to the next level together with Vieri Bottazzini!
There is such a diversity of scenes on the Isle of Skye and Glencoe. For our workshop Vieri selected some spectacular vantage points––from tranquil seascapes at Talisker Bay to a stunning sunset on the cliffs of Neist. At each location he provided feedback on composition, advised on the use of filters and guided us on how to achieve the best exposure from the fading light at sunset or the emerging sunrise. One of my favourite experiences was our hike up the Old Man of Storr, where the 3 of us carried backpacks and tripods into the rarefied air near the mountain peak. From that height, the view was breath-taking as were our raw images! We then spent time post processing: Vieri demonstrated his techniques to bring out the best in our raw captures step-by-step, so we could take that knowledge and apply it on our own at home. His professional approach and attention to detail ensured a superb vacation and a very satisfying photo workshop.
In April 2017, we returned to the Isle of Skye for our fourth Workshop there and the second in 2017. This 5-day group Workshop was the last one we would ever run with a larger group of six people, a format we retired in favour of our new Workshops for much smaller groups. From now on, all our Workshop will feature the unique limited attendance of three people that we first introduced in March this year with our The Isle of Arran Workshop (see THE ISLE OF ARRAN WORKSHOP REPORT).
During our Isle of Skye 2017 Workshop we worked with a very diverse group, featuring people with very different mind-sets towards landscape photography. More interesting for me was to see how people had very different attitudes towards finding inspiration out of their comfort zone, both as far as getting inspired in different locations went and as far as working in less than perfect weather. Once more, I am happy to report that in just 5 days we managed to do a lot of work and cover a lot of ground, as well as getting some very good images together.
Last but not least, the social aspect of the Workshop, always very important for us. Our 2017 group featured some very different personalities, some definitely more congenial and more suited to group dynamics than others, but all enthusiastic about photography which is what counts in the end. Our social times have been pleasant and fun, for a very nice last goodbye to larger group Workshops!

At the end of March 2017, we returned to the Isle of Skye for our third Workshop there and the first of three in 2017. This time it was an 8-day Workshop with a full group of three participants, as customary for our newly introduced limited attendance Workshops! Starting in 2017, in fact, we introduced here in Scotland to immediate success what became our trademark unique limited attendance of three people, retiring our six people Workshops for good after April 2017.
During our Glencoe & Isle of Skye March 2017 Workshop we truly enjoyed meeting a group of new participants and working together with them both in the field and during our image review and post-processing sessions. No matter their initial level, I found that after eight days of intense photography together everyone benefitted very much from the Workshop, both technically and on an artistic level.
Last but not least, the social aspect of the Workshop, always fundamental for us. In Glencoe & Isle of Skye we had a very diverse group personality-wise, making our time together very interesting both in the field and during our lunches and dinner. Vieri does an outstanding job of having in-depth knowledge of the best locations, together with practical advice on how to capture striking images and teaching all aspects of landscape photography. I believe I came away from the workshop with almost a dozen strong images to add to my portfolio. I have since registered for two additional workshops in 2018!

In April 2016, we returned to the Isle of Skye for our second Workshop there, this time a 5-day Workshop with a full group of six participants. This year, having one less day compared to 2015, we focussed on the Isle of Skye only. This has also been the first Workshop where we started collecting participants’ testimonials and images, as well as doing backstage photography for you to enjoy.
During our Isle of Skye April 2016 Workshop, we truly enjoyed meeting a group of very diverse participants, with different ideas about landscape photography, about equipment and so on, and especially about their attitude towards working together on the Isle of Skye amazing landscapes. While some came with preconceived opinions, and some were less open than others to being tutored, after working together for just five days I was very happy to see how I could reach out to everyone.
By the end of the Workshop, I was really pleased to see how their attitude changed, and how everyone improved very much both technically and on an artistic level. As well, everyone went home with a better understanding about the kind of equipment needed for this kind of photography, especially in terms of camera support and filters.
Last but not least, the social aspect of the Workshop, always very important for us. During our Isle of Skye 2016 Workshop, we worked with six enthusiastic participants and we had a great time both working in the field and during our lunches and dinner!

Vieri and Zeynep are fantastic! A couple in life as well as in the field, they are easy going and very professional.
On Skye we were a small group of eight including the instructors, and we could see the most beautiful and interesting places. Vieri’s availability (and patience) on the field are limitless; the organisation was very good. Before every session, Vieri heads a short briefing with many suggestions to be able to work the location at best. Many suggestions, but not too many: Vieri’s ability is exactly this, to let your images being your own anyhow!

Vieri, my experience on Skye has been really positive, I especially appreciated the passion you put into the Workshop’s organisation and daily management: beside your obvious technical proficiency, I believe passion is the only way to effectively get through to people approaching an experience such as this. Through passion one never gets tired nor bored, and it thus becomes “easy” to pass even the most difficult notions through.
A really well organised Workshop, the instructor has been very clear and patient in teaching both composition and photographic technique. We could photograph all planned locations despite losing a day to bad weather. All the suggested restaurants have been very good and good value too, and the B&B was very nice and very clean as well. The vehicle used during the Workshop was very comfortable and taking equipment in and out of it was very easy as well.
Should I rate the Workshop, I’d give it 5 stars out of 5, I really enjoyed it!
A very interesting Workshop, with locations out of the usual routine and with the good fortune of having found a very good weather as well. Excellent technical support, my only wish is to have had even more time to shoot even more images!
I took part in the Photography Workshop on Skye, which has been an extremely positive and gratifying experience both under a technical and a human point of view. Vieri knows the locations perfectly and nothing is left to chance, be it locations, meals, etc.
I’d recommend it without hesitation to Landscape photography lovers of all levels, beginners and advanced alike.
Summarising the workshop, I'd say you are in for a very well organised all-round photographic experience with a good balance between leisure & training. During the course all aspects of landscape photography will be touched upon, some aspects more than others, based on your own experience and wishes.
Expect to be challenged not only by the highly dedicated instructor, but also by the weather, the environment, your gear or lack of it :-) and your fellow travellers. The pace is high, but don't worry, despite late nights & early mornings, you will come home invigorated by the physical experience and the knowledge gained.

In April 2015 I had the pleasure to lead our first Glencoe & Isle of Skye Workshop, this time a 6-day Workshop with a full group of six participants. This Workshop holds a special place in my heart, beings the first we ever ran!
During our Glencoe & Isle of Skye April 2015 Workshop we enjoyed working with a group of participants all showing a big enthusiasm towards landscape and the nature, and all very attentive during our time in the field and during our computer sessions. No matter their level, everyone had good ideas and intuitions to share while being very open and ready to integrate into their workflows any suggestions I offered them.
Last but not least, the social aspect of the Workshop, something very important for us. During our Glencoe & Isle of Skye 2015 Workshop we had a great time both working with our group in the field and during our lunches and dinner, our conversations has been interesting and fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Scotland!
