If you love incredible coastal locations and varied terrain, lighthouses and a great opportunity to enhance your photography skills, this is a perfect workshop. Great locations and insights in the field on how to compose images and process them. The croissants were a huge bonus. I recommend this workshop and would love to go again!
I started exploring and photographing Normandy & Brittany’s coasts in 2013 and was immediately struck by the power of these seascapes and the weather framing them. The natural beauty of these regions, together with a long and rich human history that modified and shaped the landscape in a constant struggle between man and nature, resulted in an abundance of inspiring photographic opportunities that is hard to beat. I loved Normandy & Brittany on our first visit, and I am always excited to go back exploring and photographing these incredible landscapes!
Designing your Normandy & Brittany Workshop, leveraging on over a decade of experience leading more than 110 Workshops, one of which in Normandy & Brittany so far, I focussed on creating a comprehensive Portfolio featuring the area’s most iconic seascapes and iconic lighthouses, mixing them with more intimate locations to cover many different shooting situations and photographic techniques.
In Normandy & Brittany, it will be my pleasure to put at your service all the years dedicated to exploring and photographing these spectacular regions of France, together with my extensive tutoring expertise, for a truly unique, rewarding and photographically inspiring learning experience!

Vieri Bottazzini is an acclaimed Italian Fine Art landscape photographer, writer and educator, with a personal style rooted in pure photographic craftsmanship. Passionate about the outdoors, Vieri believes in honouring the majestic power of our planet’s beauty by creating his iconic images using unadulterated photography only. Through his unique black & white and subtly post-processed colour images, Vieri tells stories about the relationship between nature and mankind, exploring the concepts of time and of the surreal.

A passionate teacher with over 30 years of experience, Vieri leads truly limited attendance 3-people Workshops in places like Iceland, The Faroe Islands, Scotland, Ireland, England, the USA, Italy, France and Spain, where he fully shares his knowledge and his artistry with his Alumni. Vieri’s diverse and vast Portfolio is the culmination of over 15 years of passion, love and craftsmanship, of months spent on the road every year, of hundreds of kilometres of hikes and most of all, of a lifetime’s devotion to the arts.
