WORKSHOP IN ICELAND 2019 (1)

A MASTER SERIES WORKSHOP

Join us to develop your vision, master your landscape photography technique and perfect your post-processing skills with this Workshop in Iceland, while creating unforgettable photographs of the iconic, spellbinding Icelandic landscapes!

Iceland is every photographer’s dream. The landscapes created by ice and fire during millennia of geologic violent events and then shaped by the forces of erosion are unique and impressive in any season, under any light and any weather. Next spring, I’ll put my knowledge of Iceland to photograph together these wonderful, awesome landscapes: from the most iconic locations such as Kirkjufellsfoss and Jokulsarlon to the most impressive waterfalls such as Skogafoss, Svartifoss and more, from black beaches to ice sculptures and geysers, together well photograph some of the most incredible landscapes on the planet.

Late February – early March is a great time to be in Iceland, the weather is not as cold and the day starts to become longer again, offering more opportunities to photograph the beauty of these incredible, wild landscapes. Thanks to the variability of Atlantic weather, great light is not limited to sunrise and sunset: the fast changing skies and the rapidly moving clouds offer spectacular photographic opportunities all day long!

If you are looking for an even more exclusive, tailor-made Workshop in Iceland, choose my WORKSHOP ONE-ON-ONE IN ICELAND: organised on demand, completely tailor-made on your level and requirements, my Workshop One-on-One are the top choice among my Workshops!

– Sunrise photography session, arriving on location 30-45 minutes before sunrise
– Back to the hotel for breakfast
– Image review, selection and post-processing session, working together on developing your Portfolio
– Lunch
– On location for our afternoon and sunset photography sessions
– Dinner

The broad daily schedule above may vary according to the locations visited on a particular day, depending on whether we are traveling or not, depending on weather conditions, and such.

LEICA AMBASSADOR | FORMATT-HITECH AMBASSADOR | ABIPP EP

Vieri

I consider myself a portrait photographer. I portray the beauty of the planet, working in the most spectacular studio of the world: the world itself. A Leica Ambassador, Leica Akademie Italy instructor and Formatt-Hitech Ambassador, since 2010 I combined my passion for photography with my love for nature and the wilderness by dedicating myself exclusively to Fine Art Landscape photography. With 25 years of teaching on my back, I firmly believe that Workshops are the best way to share my enthusiasm for photography and for the Earth’s beauty with like-minded people. My favourite destinations are the American Southwest, Scotland, United Kingdom, Turkey and, of course, Italy where I settled in 2014 after spending 15 years abroad. Associate of the prestigious British Institute of Professional Photography (ABIPP) and European Photographer (EP), my work has been published and exhibited internationally and is part of various private collections. When I am not around the world photographing, teaching, lecturing or adjudicating competitions, I work on my photographs, prepare my Fine Art prints and write reviews and articles about photography.
